David is distinctly qualified to assist you in buying or selling your home - not only is he a lifelong resident of the Westlake Village area but his breadth of experience, unique skill set and enduring real estate career make him one of the area’s most well-respected real estate professionals.

David grew up in Westlake and Calabasas and witnessed first hand the area’s transformation from sprawling ranches into the modern and vibrant neighborhoods that now comprise Agoura, Calabasas, Oak Park and Westlake Village. Following David’s graduation from California State University Northridge in 1985, it was his interest in these growing communities and their marketplace potential that led him to earn his real estate license and pursue what would become a lasting real estate career.

Today, David still lives and works in the same area. His history here translates into intimate familiarity with all aspects of the community - the award winning schools, quality neighborhoods, thriving businesses, and most significantly, the fine people who live here.

David began his real estate career working with a group of investors who purchased, renovated and resold neglected residential properties. The skill set he built and honed during this time - in negotiation, renovation management, sales, and marketing - ultimately proved extremely valuable in helping him withstand future shifts in the market.

In the early -90s, with the prospect of a declining California real estate market, David transferred his skill set and experience to selling lender-owned REO properties. In addition to representing several large lending institutions as their listing agent and property manager, David helped numerous homeowners avoid losing their homes during the recession. He became a expert on lender-owned properties and the foreclosure market and shared this knowledge with the public by teaching classes at the Board of Realtors, guest speaking on KIEV public radio and appearing on several major television newscasts.

When the real estate market rebounded, David resumed selling and leasing properties in the areas surrounding his home and continues today. He has been affiliated with Re/Max for over 27 years and is a consistent top-producer, having received many production awards including the prestigious Platinum Club and Re/Max Hall of Fame.

David has built his successful business by knowing the area’s residents personally and providing superior customer service tailored to individual client’s needs. His extensive skill base also allows him to provide value added services - such as managing repairs prior to placing a property on the market and showcasing each property with a unique marketing plan. By focusing on his vast real estate experience and knowledge of the local marketplace, David has been able to create great outcomes for countless clients over his long career and, given the opportunity, he will do the same for you.
